Due to recent changes in U.S. customs regulations and the removal of the De Minimis rule, we are currently not able to accept further orders shipped to the United States.
We will continue to proudly serve our Canadian customers and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our U.S. supporters.

- Free Canadian shipping on orders over $150.
- Canadian orders under $150 will be charged $20 for shipping.
- Express shipping (estimated 1-3 business days) is available for $30.
- Crailstore.ca makes no guarantee on the delivery estimates listed here.
- Orders valued over $249 will require a signature for delivery.
- Orders placed after 2:30pm PST will leave our our warehouse the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or after 2:30pm on Friday leave our warehouse on Monday.
- Deliveries are made on weekdays only.
- Orders are shipped from Vancouver using Fedex. Please see the table below for standard shipping delivery estimates to major Canadian cities.
